Do we have a processing time ?

Yes, We have a processing time of 24-48 hours before your order is shipped

Where is my order?

Please note that tracking numbers are only available once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time is 3-5 working days (this does not include weekends), and our express delivery is 2-3 working days and UK next day delivery. For worldwide orders standard shipping is 15.99 for 5-7 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a dispatched email and an estimated date of arrival.

Can I make changes to my order?

At 2601Brand our processing time is 24-48 hours , in that time period if you decide you  would liek to make amendments to your order please contact us within the time frame to ensure your request can be catered to.

Do you offer refunds?

No, unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don’t offer refunds, the only circumstances that you are able to return the item is if the item is incorrect or faulty.

Do I need an account to purchase with 2601Brand?

No, you don’t need an account but you do have the option of creating one.By making an account you’ll automatically be signed up to our mailing list so you’ll receive exclusive updates and discount codes in the future.

What should I do if I receive an faulty or incorrect item?

We are extremely sorry should this be the case, we will try our very best to fix that. So that we can make the process as quick and smooth as possible, please drop us a message at contac@2601brand.com and include the follow Your full name Your order number Product name and code (this information can be found on your confirmation email or on your receipt inside) Picture of the fault/incorrect item. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our team.

How often will you be restocking?

We will try to restock our site every 3-6 weeks.

My parcel is lost by Royal Mail or parcelforce, what should I do?

Once a parcel has been shipped all responsibilities are with the chosen delivery partner, please contact them directly for more information on the missing parcels.

Once items have left the 2601Brand HQ we can’t be held responsible.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, if you look at the bottom of the page under HELP you will see our size guide , our size charts will help you find the perfect size for you.

Should I get my normal size or a size down?

Our products are true to size but also have a lot of a stretch. For a tighter fit please size down.

Can I cancel an order after it’s been made?

You have up to 60 minutes after you’ve placed your order to request a cancellation. If the cancellation request is sent within that hour the cancellation will be allowed if not then cancellation will automatically be denied.
